Bánh mì is a Vietnamese sandwich that combines French and Vietnamese culinary influences. It typically consists of a crusty baguette filled with various ingredients, including savory meats (such as grilled chicken, or pâté), pickled vegetables, fresh cucumber, cilantro, chili peppers, and often a smear of mayonnaise or pâté.

Words to  look out for:

Baguette - /bæˈɡet/ -  rench loaf, French stick) a loaf of white bread in the shape of a long thick stick

Savory - /ˈseɪvəri/ - tasting of salt; not sweet, savory snacks

Pâté - a French dish: A filled pastry, similar to an English pie, or a savory spread made of ground meat and spices.

cilantro - /sɪˈlæntrəʊ/ - the leaves of the coriander plant, used in cooking as a herb

mayonnaise -  /ˌmeɪəˈneɪz/ -  a thick, cold white sauce made from eggs, oil and vinegar, added to sandwiches, salads, etc.

AI sometimes produces a hallucination, which is any inaccurate or misleading output. Here’s an example: An image generation AI asked to produce "a dog riding a bicycle" might create an image with the dog physically defying gravity or in a setting that looks completely unrealistic. Or, if you tell an AI tool that your sister’s name is Robin. An AI hallucination may be represented as, “Your sister is a songbird.” (There is also a breed of songbird called a robin.) To use AI tools responsibly, fact-checking is essential. One strategy is to request that the tool provide the sources of its information, or a bibliography, so you can investigate the reliability.

Foie gras is a French delicacy with a buttery flavour and velvety texture. It is made from the enlarged liver of ducks or geese that are force-fed through a process called gavage. A tube is inserted into the bird's throat to deliver high-energy feed directly to its stomach for several weeks. The liver can grow around ten times its normal size. Foie gras can be served as pâté, terrine, or seared as a standalone dish.
